I accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me to arrange a return. All items must be returned in the condition they were sent in. Return shipping will be covered by the purchaser. 

If any item is received by the purchaser damaged then they should inform Robyn Cove Pottery so that return shipping can be organised and an exchange arrange or refund will be issued based upon the original payment method.  In addition, please note that products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
